How are tickets issued?

Reply: The visitor services center at the industrial park offers ticket exchange; E-tickets can be used as well.

Do the Yummy's Sunny Castle offer professional business communication and management training?

Reply: Haitian Group's Haitian Institute is responsible for external communication and training. If training is needed, please contact Haitian Institute by phone and the number is 15728817258.

Can tickets be purchased at the industrial park?

Reply: Yes, from Monday to Friday. However, tickets on holidays must be purchased in advance.

Can tickets be returned after purchase?

Reply: Sorry but tickets cannot be returned. However, ticket extension can be applied for via phone calls. Without application for extension, tickets will become invalid automatically.
